I am a twenty something female learning to deal with a lovely cocktail of Bipolar II Disorder, anxiety, and OCD. These are my musings. I also hope to create awareness for these conditions and create an open dialogue among people sharing the same struggles.

I hate that feeling

When you’re having so many emotions and everything is mashed up in your mind. You don’t know what to say or do. The frustration of not knowing how to describe how you’re feeling sucks. You don’t know how to deal with anything anymore.
